At Equiniti, the development of AI-driven solutions and the implementation of process enhancements have been at the forefront of our achievements. With a focus on agility and innovation, our team successfully propelled the Pensions Expert RAG LLM Chatbot from concept to a functional MVP, harnessing Databricks and Python for robust development. The project emphasized cross-departmental collaboration and a comprehensive understanding of machine learning frameworks, such as lang chain and tensorflow, to deliver on complex AI Proof of Concepts.

My tenure as QA Package Lead has been marked by the strategic introduction of Agile practices and significant advancements in test management. The automation of reporting and forecasting processes, which previously demanded manual intervention, now stands as a testament to our commitment to efficiency and precision. This transformation was achieved through a blend of modern tools like ADO API, Excel Power Query, and bespoke Python scripts, ensuring our operational readiness as we approached critical project milestones.
